Xavier loves Maddy
Wild and organic grasses
Maddy and Xavier wanted a wild and organic style to their flowers, that is challenging with the venue’s rules around seeding plants. Their florist, Juniper Lane, carefully selected greenery with a similar look to many of the grasses that are often used for their design direction, but followed the regulations that would protect the land where the property is situated
Cranes
Maddy’s parents hung 1000 cranes for their wedding for good luck, and M&X wanted to carry this tradition on as well. They folded the cranes themselves and we worked with Illuminate on a plan for hanging them over the dance floor in a 10′ x 10′ x 6′ chandelier. For months every time we had a call with them they were folding cranes while we chatted!
The Vibes!
The dance floor was so fun! The Dart DJ and sax player kept the mood high, and the guests went hard until the last song at midnight. Everytime we walked through the room either M or X would yell “I’m having the best time!” It was truly all of the warm fuzzies any wedding planner could ask for!
